Our GOAL

Your home is the space in which you eat, sleep and breath.  It should provide you with a space that is relaxing and renewing, not only to the mind but to the body.  

In following the tenets of the U.S. Green Building Council, we take into account the economic, environmental and social effects of our building choices.

ECONOMIC

We are continuously researching the newest technologies to provide homeowners with the most efficient ways to live.  This includes minimizing air loss, as well as the most efficient HVAC and water heating systems. We also source all materials from sources manufactured in the United States whenever possible, which is most of our materials.  Occasionally, we use materials manufactured in Canada and the EU.

ENVIRONMENT

We source all of our paints, cabinets and flooring from sources that are either CARBII compliant and Low/No VOC.  We also reuse existing materials whenever possible.  We believe we are all better served when we give materials new life.

SOCIAL

By keeping materials out of landfills and buying materials made in the United States, we are helping to keep our communities happy, healthy and strong.
